One Bedroom Unit |
This unit has been completely remodeled from floors to ceilings, from wall sockets to the sinks! The floors are tiled in granite throughout the entire unit and it has been completely repainted. The kitchen has all new cabinets, appliances, cookware, dishes, silverware and is tiled in black granite. The furnishings have all been replaced including sofa bed, area rugs, dinning table/chairs, dresser, end tables, night stands, lights, etc. The A/C has also been replaced as has the stereo. The bathroom is all new with new vanities, sink/pedestal, toilet, cabinets, lights and messaging showerhead. The lanai has also been tiled in slate. The one bedroom unit is fully furnished with remote controlled A/C, cable remote TV, remote controlled ceiling fan, full sized refrigerator w/separate freezer and ice maker, 4-burner full sized stove, oven, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, dishes, utensils and cookware, one queen "Westin Heavenly Bed" and a full sized sofa bed for sleeping, 2 dresser, a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and separate makeup mirror, a lanai with outdoor furniture, a fold-out dining table that can seat 4, and stereo w/ CD player. Telephone services are included and all LOCAL calls are free. (Linens & Towels are also included.) The unit is tiled with area rugs and is approximately 444 square feet in size. |
