ONE BEDROOM - PREPAID DEPARTURE CLEANING SERVICES
If you would like to have the one bedroom unit cleaned by a retained cleaning service after your departure, please check the appropriate box in the credit card section below. There is a $150 fee for this additional service. Otherwise, you are responsible for all cleaning, including laundry of linens.

The minimum deposit is $250 for stays one (1) month or less. There is an additional $250 deposit for each month of stay beyond the first month up to a maximum of $1,500. If the dates selected are unavailable, the credit card processing fee will not be charged. (This is a one-time charge per reservation.)
