We rent to families and responsible adults ONLY. Guest(s) must be over 25 years of age or accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. No pets allowed. No smoking allowed inside the unit. Identification is required to gain entry into the "Alii". Maximum occupancy
is four persons unless otherwise noted in written reservation confirmation. All occupants and guests agree to abide by rules and regulations posted in the unit. A reservation (security/cleaning) deposit
the greater of $250.00 per month stay is required to confirm your reservation. (Minimum
deposit is $250, maximum $2000.) Balance in full must be received
10 business days (2 weeks) prior to date of arrival. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your reservation. In the event of cancellation, all moneys paid to date, by guest(s), will be refunded (less a
$25.00 cancellation fee) provided written cancellation is received no later than 30 days prior to date of arrival. Cancellation made less than 30 days prior to arrival date will result in forfeiture of all moneys paid to date by
guest(s). (Owner may cancel reservations at any time, for any reason, and
will refund all moneys paid by guests if owner cancels a
reservation. Owner and GRH Investments shall not be liable for any
other additional costs incurred by guests in the event of such a cancellation.)
Security/cleaning deposit will be refunded, in a timely fashion, after exit inventory, premise inspection and the owner's receipt of the condominium's original keys. The unit must be in at least the same condition and cleanliness (unless prepaid cleaning has been arranged) as when you arrived to receive a full refund of your deposit. If additional or excessive cleaning is required, A MINIMUM
$250 charge will be withheld from the deposit to cover the cost of this service. Guests are responsible for any excessive damage and/or missing items and will be held liable for resulting repairs and/or purchases of replacement items. Repairs and/or replacements will be charged to the renter's credit card.
(Lost keys will require the unit locks to be re-keyed and new keys issue to
confirmed guests. A $100 charge will be withheld, or added, if all original keys are not
returned within 14 days of departure.) We accept credit cards ONLY - Visa, Mastercard & American Express - for stays less than
one month. We will accept cashier's checks, certified bank checks and money orders drawn on U.S. funds only for longer stays. Additional Guests and/or visitors are not allowed for more than four (4) hours in a 24 hour period and the maximum occupancy of the unit shall not exceed 6 people at any time. If either of these policies are broken, your entire deposit will be forfeited and withheld. Arrival time must be after 3:00pm. Departure time must be before 11:00am. Our policy is to allow an early check-in if the unit is available. We can arrange a later check out if the unit is not rented later that day and the cleaning personnel can arrange their schedules accordingly (if cleaning services have been requested). Rental rates include linens, towels, and utilities. However, this rate does NOT include departure cleaning services unless you indicate that you wish to pay for these services. Absolutely no refunds for early departures. The condominium is equipped with A/C, CATV, telephone, and stereo with CD player. We also provide kitchen utensils, dinning ware and all furnishings necessary for normal vacation living. We do not guarantee against operational failure of A/C, appliances, facility amenities, etc. We do guarantee repairs will be made as quickly as is possible, if possible. There are absolutely no refunds, full, or in part, in the event of an operational failure. We do not provide daily maid service, nor change over linens or towels during your stay. There is a laundry site (washers & driers) available on premises and it is your responsibility to clean all items used during your stay. It is also your responsibility to replace any sundries and/or supplies used up during your visit. However, no guarantees are made as to the provisions of any sundries or supplies upon your arrival. Owners and building management reserve the right to refuse entry and/or terminate occupancy if, in owner's or Building Management's opinion, such action is in the best interest of the owners, building management, and/or building guests and tenants. Rental rates are subject to change, without notice, at the owner's discretion. Completion of this form does not guarantee reservation since reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis. If the reservation period requested is no longer available upon receipt of this form (and your deposit), all money will be refunded immediately. |
